Each year the College runs a musical production; a full-scale production of a well-known musical play. Students can participate in many areas, including acting, singing, dancing, backstage roles, set construction, lighting and make-up.

Here’s the synopsis: A riotously funny Broadway hit featuring a Tony Award-winning Original Score by Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis.
While its name may be a bit on the nose, Urinetown is a fun and deeply satirical comedy imbued with an eclectic and incredibly catchy score, self-deprecating humour, loads of high-energy dancing, and flickers and pops of allusion to many well-known musicals, including Les Miserables, West Side Story, Chicago, and The Wizard of Oz.
Most importantly, Urinetown showcases a varied ensemble of characters – roles in which our wonderfully talented students are sure to shine!
Past musicals include: Anastasia (2023), Shrek the Musical (2022), Wind In The Willows (2020 and 2021 – cancelled due to Covid), Curtains (2019), Mary Poppins (2018), Monty Python’s Spamalot (2017), The Addams Family (2016), Beauty and the Beast (2014), Into the Woods (2011) and The Wizard of Oz (2010).
